Cocoon

The roll-up rescue stretcher COCOON is a combination of a patient transport device and a rescue harness. This carrying system is particularly suited for rescue operations in hard-to-access areas, in shafts, and for mountain rescue. A key advantage is its low weight and compact size, which facilitates quick assembly on-site for fast rescue deployment. The stretcher can be used both horizontally and vertically.

The Personal Carry Device System (PCDS), which is required for transporting individuals as external loads on helicopters (Human External Cargo, HEC) during operations, is certified for air rescue according to EASA CM-CS-005 Issue 01.
